The property that started our adventures at Echo Lake and one of our personal favorites. Beautiful lake house Airbnb that we always go the extra mile to service. Now it looks like it has fresh vinyl siding again. Used some full melt SH this time around and turned that old, dingy siding into the cleanest camp on Echo Lake! Really took the extra time with this one hoping to get a prolonged result. White vinyl siding at a lake is a recipe for spiders and bugs. The white reflects the evening light longer than the darker vinyl does. This attracts the bugs especially when there are outside lights on. The spiders know this also and in turn spin their webs on the vinyl and live life fat at the lakeside buffet. Homeowner plans on having the perimeter sprayed for insects to see if it makes a significant difference. Fingers crossed. Really happy with the way this one turned out. We started off the day with a soaking rain about half way to Cross Lake. Then then sun came out and a steady breeze off the lake dried things off and kept things moving in one direction. The Spring Cleanup here turned out amazing. Hoping to be able to take care of this one on the regular. We are officially back! Big apology to all my subscribers for the extended hiatus. It has been a busy Summer at Flat Fee. Luckily we have all kinds of great lawn care footage to keep you entertained this Winter. Here is the crew doing Fall Yard Cleanups on our Echo lake properties. By a weird twist of fate last week, I met a guy who recently got a hydraulic stump grinder for his brand new John Deere CTL. The weird twist being I was supposed to do a stump job that morning but the rental grinder was double booked. This is the moment you've all been waiting for! Serious overgrown mowing action for the JD Z950R. We really anted to knock it out of the park with our first mowing video of the season. This video was taken from the June 17th to July 7th. There were a total of 4 mows in a 3 week stretch. Effective chopping the lawn down from over waist high, back down to a beautiful 3.5 inches. All the eyewitnesses I talked to couldn't confirm rotation because of the whiteout conditions. Those I talked to were shell-shocked and all claimed to have never seen anything like it before. A lot of rain had fallen already, right before the tree shredding winds came through. So much water in Limestone. Say a prayer for the affected tonight. Experiment to see how clean white vinyl can get without SH. Works great, but I would not recommend it. Some spots won't come clean without it, especially on white vinyl. It's about twice the amount of work & water without the SH, but the difference is still night and day. Brand new 0 miles motor from GM going in the SilverBullet at 209,000 miles. Bulletproofing for the summer season. 3 yr./100,000 mile Warranty is the only reason I considered a new motor. At this point I'm just buying mileage as the rest of the truck is solid.
